Securing your home

Customers don’t have to pay for a maintenance plan if they prefer not to. They can still benefit from our excellent service by just paying our call out charge.

It should be noted however that customers who choose to pay in this way are charged EVERY TIME we attend and a single call out is more expensive than our annual maintenance charge.

A day time call out is £90+VAT, whilst night time call out is £120+VAT. Meanwhile our annual maintenance charge is £63.33+VAT, which covers all call out charges.

Non-Customers Welcome

You don’t have to have had an alarm installed by us or be on our maintenance plan to request an emergency call-out. Non Rotec customers are welcome to call and benefit from our 24 hour emergency alarm call-out service.
