Mark Rowe
Engineer and CEO
Mark is the old man of the firm. He still goes on the tools occasionally but at 60 he struggles to get up when he’s down and really shouldn’t be crawling through a loft space. He still does though!
Mary Rowe
Operations Manager
Mary is the driving force of Rotec and makes sure everything happens when it should. The business would fall apart overnight without her. Said Mary.

Brennan is our longest serving engineer at 5 years and counting. He still doesn’t look old enough to drive but does a great installation.

Brandon is our ‘go to’ guy with anything technical. He knows how EVERYTHING works and is also a great specifier of the perfect system.

We had our old system replaced by Rotec a few months ago and had some initial problems with it all of which were attended to quickly, even though some issues needed additional equipment there was no addition charges It has worked well since then and we like the fact that it can all be accessed from a phone . The fact that someone will always answers a phone call is in my view a rare thing these days ! All in all a great service and would recommend to anyone looking for an alarm system Brian Cross

We had the misfortune of a burglary in mid December shortly after moving home. The bungalow had an Alarm system but you needed a degree to understand how it operated. A friend recommended ROTEC . They responded quickly with a survey and reasonably priced estimate and on the day of installation the team led by Mark were efficient and courteous and explained comprehensively how easy it was to make the system work. We now feel reassured that we are safe in our own home .
