Rotec Alarms Ltd is my business. It is me who is ultimately responsible for your satisfaction and I used to do everything. I would answer the phone, make the appointments, price the work, install the systems and come out and fix it if you had any issues. After nearly 30 years of this it is safe to say that I know my job and I also think I’m pretty good at it. We now have thousands of customers and I had no option but to employ people and trust that they will do things my way.
So the phones are now answered by Mary & Wendy and the installations are done by my trusty team of installers, Brennan, Stuart and Brandon. They will install and demonstrate your new system and make sure you know exactly how to use these modern systems.
But it is still me that comes out to price and specify the job to make sure it is done my way. Whether you have a new online burglar alarm or CCTV cameras we show you everything you need to know. The systems we choose to install like the LightSyS burglar alarm or HIK Vision CCTV are very user friendly but like any household appliance….its easier to use when somebody shows you.
Our after care service is second to none. Using the latest software we have automation in place which reminds you about an upcoming appointment and then when our engineer is en-route it tells you what time he will arrive. Our Burglar Alarm Maintenance contract means your system is always covered so you don’t need to worry about paying any call out charges.
It is very simple to run a successful business in a service industry like ours. We simply have to do what we say so I make sure that everybody does.
